| Pros | Chair has powerful, quiet motors. You can barely hear the motors, even when both are running. Standard upholstery is very soft and comfortable. |

| Pros | Love the chair, it is comfortable, with heat and message it works well. The reclining action is great, and I love the lift action. It makes it easier to get back to my wheelchair. The material is really good, and friends have commented on how soft and comfortable it is. |
| Cons | It might be nice to have a taller seating platform, (longer legs on the floor, closer to the height of my wheelchair). |
| Service & Delivery | The delivery was great. I did however had to move the chair into my house, but not problem. Assembly was straight forward and easy with some help from a friend. |
